      2021年開始 所有市場調查都在詢問,人們對於元宇宙的需求到底是什麼? 就我的看法,有時我們是否忙著追求最終答案,而忽略了一開始有沒有問對問題,我認為在探索元宇宙的市場需求之前,要先分確認兩個重要的因素,就是用戶欲望與市場需求。

       

       

      什麼是用戶欲望,就是使用者最基本的動機,這些動機或許是簡單的各種預測,例如追求便利、增加報酬利潤、免除麻煩、降低某種焦慮、感覺自己被社群信任,當然! 隨著科技演化,使用者的用戶欲望的模式也會不斷地變化。

       

       

      例如!人類始終有想要實現汽車無人駕駛的夢想,但是這個欲望在1G到4G的時代無法被實現,最多也只是電影情節,因此在車子裡作駕駛以外的事情,就沒有被列作一個能實現的清單,不過這個欲望卻一直都存在著。

       

       

      終於等到元宇宙即將來臨 !我們發現曾經那個多數人期望,卻又無法找到實現條件的需求是有可能實現的,於是所有的官方與產業開始用(5G+AI+AR)創造出滿足這個需求的環境。所以元宇宙的市場需求來自哪裡? 我想會來自被科技限制而被迫發生的用戶欲望,而我們要做的就是在這個用戶欲望中找出未來的市場需求。

       

       

      真的那麼容易嗎? 那為什麼市場需求不會在以前運作時就呈現呢,對於回答這個問題,我想先從愛因斯坦所說的"(If you can't explain it simply, you don't understand it well enough)如果你沒辦法單純呈現,代表你了解得不夠透徹"來解釋。

       

       

      有時科技發展的背後其實存在著某種深沉神秘的安排,也就是說從最初的0與1組合開始,科技發展就不斷地呈現一種形態連結(phase transition tie),在某種形態要完成前就會有相對應的想法與技術微連結,讓人們對科技應用從無意識的狀態轉變為深信所有人一定會熱切使用的集體共識。

       

       

      如同馬太效應 (Mattew effect) 凡有的,要給他更多,讓他有餘;沒有的,連僅存也要奪去。可以套用在接下來元宇宙的發展,當我們真正找到元宇宙能如何滿足用戶(消費者)的欲望時,所有能想到社會資本與可用資源都會強勢的主動連結。

       

       

      元宇宙帶來的願景是如此誘人,不同於過往的發展協定,總是掌握在少數產業制定的規則中,對於元宇宙的連結,任何人只要對其運作的模式略知一二,就能從中洞察出許多電信企業或產業機關,無法看到的龐大市場需求,這個在過去似乎是天方夜譚,但是在元宇宙的世界裡中卻真實存在。

       

       

      對所有人而言,科技發展的速度太快了,許多人還不習慣走出自己的思維籓籬,忽略了探索顧客或對手在元宇宙中的進展。無論是企業家、一般民眾、經濟學者、工程家、家庭主婦、學生或任一領域的參與者,都有機會尋找元宇宙的答案,透過自己的視角,熱忱地拼湊出自己的元宇宙,縱然每一片拼圖都未必是最後的解密之鑰,但是我相信在元宇宙運作過程中,所有人都同心協力將元宇宙不斷彼此連結,這樣横跨各領域的結合,最後一定能勾勒出元宇宙的最終形態。

      Technology is advancing so fast for all of us that many are not used to stepping out of their own mental barriers and neglecting to explore the progress of a customer or adversary in the metaverse.
